The IAASysters Board Mentorship Program, led by our Board Chair Matthew Enger, will offer one IAASyster Alumna the chance to experience what it’s like to be a part of the IAA Board for one year. This IAASysters initiative will provide invaluable insight into board membership and the critical role women can play in shaping the future of Australia’s internet industry.

Mentorship Commitment:

  • Expect to set aside approximately 2 hours per week.
  • Attend bi-monthly Board meetings via Zoom, with some pre-reading required.
  • Shadow sub-committees and the Board Chair on various tasks as they arise.
  • Attend the Board Strategy Days scheduled for 18-19 November 2025, Sydney.
  • Participate in networking opportunities to gain further industry insights.
